Aboriginal relations Policy

HFG Global recognizes that the Aboriginal population has a distinct legal, historical and cultural status, and is committed to working with the Aboriginal population according to the following policy.

HFG Global respects Aboriginal aspirations to self-government and acknowledges that the First Aboriginal Nations have diverse cultures. HFG Global will consult, where appropriate, with Aboriginal peoples in the early stages of projects.

HFG Global will provide cross-cultural training to its workers to help them understand and effectively work with Aboriginal peoples.
 

HFG Global will support and employ Aboriginal contractors who can provide goods and services to HFG Global.
