 Recognition

HFG will recognize workers for safety achievements, for safe work behaviours and for the demonstration of leadership in safety.  A number of examples are as follows:

• Intervening when witnessing unsafe acts.
• Demonstrating safety performance achievements that meet the corporate objectives
• Identifying and implementing initiatives that leads to safety improvement.
• Engaging youth and the public in safety awareness.
• Participation in providing first aid to workers or the public in all injuries
